"Top bloke" can be used as a non swearing version. "You're a fucken mad/legend/sick cunt" = A form of praise. A Cider drinker would be considered a shit cunt. Can be used in a "fight me" way or as a form of motivation. Also used if your unable to make it to Friday pub nights. "Don't be a shit/dog/weak cunt" = Don't be weak. "Time for tinnies" = Time for a beer (in a can). "Cracking open a cold one with the boys" = Having a beer with friends. We say it all the time, more so us bogans than the city slickers.
